The neighborhood is growing so rapidly after pandemic there is construction in different areas of the entire city there may be occasional noise from construction. With that said the city is also working on the entire sewage changing all the lines. Guest will have to be very careful with toilets and what will be flushed. We recommend not to flush anything to avoid a clog.
